Kindness Anonymous Donation

Thank you for your generous donation to support the development and sustainability of Kindness Anonymous, crisis-intervention public meetings designed to support each other wherever and whenever we need it daily.

When I learned about the 12 steps and anonymous meetings I was shocked that there is no "people" anonymous. Someone may not fit into the categories of NA or AA but could really benefit from that support of the community. Kindness Anonymous creates free workshops and public health meetings with resources to create a trauma-informed society. We create a safe space in each community to allow each other to be seen and heard with no expectation other than human kindness. Our goal is to make our program as popular and accessible as programs like Alcoholics Anonymous including meetings in every town every day, online, and free clinics in low income areas. Our lives depend on a foundation of respect, truth, and functionality. If we can integrate these basic skills into our lives, future generations will be less likely to turn to unhealthy coping mechanisms in the first place and require NO anonymous meetings with the community supporting each other fully.

Kindness Anonymous uses a format similar to Alcoholics Anonymous and other 12-step programs but solely to embody a modality of 3 steps: radical honesty, radical acceptance, and aligned action. 

We owe it to ourselves and each other to stop classifying ourselves into any categories except Human without detracting from the crucial validation that self-awareness and identity provide. #nothingbuthuman
